    2.0 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour
    4.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    11.0 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave
    1.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    0.25 tsp Cloves, ground
    3.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Ginger, ground
    0.5 tsp Allspice
    0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.5 cup, halves Apricots, dried
    1.0 cup (not packed) Raisins
    0.5 cup Dried Cherries
    0.5 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
    1.0 tbsp Salt
    4.0 tsp Baking Powder
    0.67 cup, slivered Almonds
    0.67 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased 13x9 cake pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
