Introduction
Typically instead of cauliflower, fava beans are added, but since i'm low carbing, i used cauliflower. Before serving, fried onions are added on the top, then it's left to chill. It's like a thick cold porridge. It's eaten with bread, raw veggies or alone. At 18 calories & 1 g carb, it's a lovely snack. Ingredients

5.0 tsp Coriander seed
3.0 tsp Cumin seed
200.0 Grams Dill weed, fresh
4.0 tbsp Sunflower Oil
800.0 Grams Cauliflower, frozen, cooked
0.25 cup Garlic
200.0 Grams Onions, raw
150.0 Grams Parsley
170.0 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Fry up the onions, add everything else roughly chopped & about 3 cups of water, when the cauliflower cook, blend everything till smooth & creamy. Before serving, fry up onions & garnish the dish, chill then serve with bread or raw veggies as a dip or even alone.
