Ingredients

Fish:
2- 3oz Mahi Mahi Filets
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbs dried oregano
6 sprays of cooking oil
Cabbage Dressing:
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup chopped onions
3 tbs light mayo
1 lime
1 tsp salt
6 Tortillas
1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut each filet into 3 strips of fish.
In a plate or bowl add the bread crumbs and oregano, mix together.
Roll the strips of fish in mixture and place in a nonstick baking dish.
Spray each strip of fish with cooking spray.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Cabbage dressing:
Shred cabbage and chop onion, place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and set aside.
Chop tomatoes and set aside.
When fish is cooked pull it out of the oven and allow to cool while you heat up tortillas.
Add 1 fish strip to each tortilla.
Add even amount of cabbage dressing to each taco.
Top the taco off with tomatoes
Salsa may also be added, but it is not included in nutritional calculations
