    1.0 cup Fruit - Strawberries Fresh 1 cup halves
    1.0 cup Raspberries
    0.5 cup Motts AppleSauce No sugar Added Natural
    8.0 oz Yogurt, Plain, Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat

Directions

Wash all & puree in blender, chill to taste. Can add a little milk.
