Introduction

Ingredients

    2-4 T sweetener of choice
    1/4 fresh squeezed lemon juice (usually one large lemon)
    1 T Yellow Mustard or 1/4 T a mustard powder
    1 T Poppy seed
    3/4 c organic cold pressed Olive Oil

Tips

If you want a more lemony flavor, add a teaspoon of fresh zest.


Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend on low. Taste for sweetness and adjust to taste. Transfer to glass container and refrigerate. Keeps for a month.
