Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    6.0 cloves Garlic
    3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    0.25 cup Honey
    16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    12.0 serving Ketsup Hunt 1 tbsp
    1.0 cup Lucerne Whole Milk
    1.0 cup gillians Italian bread crumbs, gluten free

Directions

Combine Turkey, crumbs, eggs, and milk and roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Cook at 400° for 15 min. In seperate pan, while meatballs cook, brown garlic with butter. Once brown add honey, ketsup and soy sauce. Let simmer to thicken. Pull out meatballs and add to the glaze. Eat. Serving Size: Makes 29 medium sized meatballs/ a cookie sheet and a half
