16 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
1 cup Archer farms raw slivered almonds unsalted (by SCOOTER028)
1 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)
4 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Adams - 100% Natural Creamy Unsalted Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp = 32g) (by PAULPANNU)
28 gram Dark chocolate in bulk (by DEEEBEE)
1 tsp Authentic Foods Vanilla Powder
39 gram(s) Pure Protein Whey Protein, Vanilla Cream
340 grams Unsalted Raw Cashews, broken and pieces
1 tsp Spice, Pumpkin Pie
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all dry ingredients until blended. Add coconut oil, peanut butter and slightly beaten egg. Stir until thoroughly blended.
3. Press into 2" x 1-1/2" x 1/2" silicone molds.
4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until it begins to brown on the top.
Serving Size: Makes 28 - 2" x 1 1/2" x 1/2" Oval Pieces
