Ingredients

    6.0 large Sweet peppers (bell)
    1 lb Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    0.5 cup Minute Rice Instant White Rice (1/2 Cup Dry = 1 Cup Prepared)
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 tsp Accent
    1.0 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1

Directions

Cut tops of peppers, chop enough of tops to make 1/4 cup. Boil whole peppers in water for 5 min. Sprinkle with Accent. Cook ground beef, onion and 1/4 c of peppers in skillet. Add undrained tomatoes, uncooked rice, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of pepper. Boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 mins. Stir in cheese. Stuff peppers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 mins.
