Ingredients

    32 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled
    2 cup Asparagus, fresh
    8 oz Artichoke Hearts - quartered, canned
    1 cup Canned Tomatoes
    4 tbsp Olive Garden Light Italian Dressing
    1 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    12 oz Barilla veggie rotini

Tips

You can always throw some extra chicken on the grill over the weekend and use it to make this for a quick, easy weekday meal!


Directions

Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Sautee asparagus and artichokes until tender in Italian dressing. Add tomatoes and chicken broth. Heat through. Add pasta and grilled chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve hot or cold.
