Ingredients
-
250 grams Leeks
250 grams Broccoli, fresh
250 grams Carrots, raw
250 grams Onions, raw
125 grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
75 grams Sun Dried Tomatoes
6 clove Garlic
125 grams Spinach
125 grams Cilantro, raw
125 grams Parsley
250 grams Salt
125 grams Spinach, fresh
Tips
Use this on baked/broiled fish, in soups, stews and sauces. Add the herbs and vegetables you like. For example: Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, etc. Just follow the basic rule of 1 cup of salt per kilo of paste (4.4 pounds). For those of you not on the universal metric system. 1 kilo = 2.2 pounds. 250 grams is just a little over a cup. 125 grams is just a little over ½ cup.
I buy whatever is fresh at the farmers market, and that is what goes into the mix.
Directions
Throw all the ingredients, except for the salt into a food processor and process until it becomes a paste. Mix in the salt. Process until paste like in a food processor and add salt.
