Ingredients

    6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    0.25 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .33 cup Sour Cream
    4 tbsp Kerry's Gold Pure Irish Grass-Fed Butter (Unsalted)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400

Spray muffin tin
Combine all dry ingredients .
Combine all wet ingredients and mix.
Pour wet ingredients into dry mix.
Bake for 10-12 minutes
