Introduction
I love sushi but don't have the tools or time/patience to make rolls at home. This is my one bowl version. I love sushi but don't have the tools or time/patience to make rolls at home. This is my one bowl version.Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

2 cups Brown or White rice (cold)
2 tbsp - Light Soy Sauce (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp - Ginger powder (optional)
1 cup - imitation crab meat - chopped
1/3 of a ripe Haas Avocado, chopped
1/4C - chopped cucumber
1/4C - chopped / sliced carrot
Directions
Mix rice and soy sauce & ginger powder together in a bowl until rice is well seasoned. Add chopped crabmeat, cucumber & carrot. Mix more, lastly stir in chopped avocado.
Serve with additional ginger or wasabi if you like that.
