    1 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1 serving Cucumber, Fresh (1 Cup Sliced)
    1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin
    2 serving Egg White Protein Jay Robb
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 tsp Metamucil (Sugar Free)

Tips

Add water or coconut milk as needed to thin it.
