Ingredients

    1 lb. hash browns
    1 c fat free sour cream
    1 c shredded cabot 50% cheddar
    1/4 c chopped onion
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together ingredients Put into greased casserole. Bake for 1 hour.
