Ingredients

12 oz Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen)
1 tsp Garlic powder
4 tbsp Hunt's Ketchup
4 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium)
1 cup No Name granulated calorie free sweetner
1 serving White Vinegar .5 cup (by HILARY777)
4 tbsp Coconut oil
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
Tips
These are amazing much better then take out.
Directions
Cut chicken into 1 inch chunks make around 20 pieces. In bowl add flour and garlic powder stir to combine. I another bowl add eggs beat well. Add 4 or 5 pieces of chicken to egg mix then into flour mix set on a greased cookie sheet, continue until chicken is all coated and on cookie sheet. Place in oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Take out and let rest while you heat the oil in frying pan ( this step it to make them crispy and they will hold the sauce better) Place 5 or 6 in oil turning them to crisp up all sides. Set aside in oven proof dish. In small pot add sweetener, soy sauce, ketchup and vinegar mix all together over medium to high heat, stirring. Take a couple of tbsps. of liquid out into small dish add 1/4 tsp of corn starch mixing well to dissolve then add to pot mixing well to thicken sauce. Pour sauce over chicken and toss gently. Enjoy
