    2 tsp Onion powder
    2 tsp Paprika
    2 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Salt
    3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 tsp Garlic
    18 serving Franks red hot Buffalo Wing sauce
    324 serving Red bird all natural Ground chicken
    0.25 serving Bob’s red mill Coconut flour

Tips

1 serving size = 6 meatballs, recipe makes approx. 4 full servings


Directions

Beat eggs, Mix all ingredients together
Form 2" meatballs (will be very sticky)
Bake on greased sheet at 400F 15-20 mins or until they reach 160 degrees.
Finish Browning on all sides on stove.
Coat with wing sauce until sauce is warm.
Makes approx 25 meatballs
