Introduction

This recipe is taken partly from box of baking mix. I can't have salt so I substituted vinegar ,and I can't have refined sugar so I substituted honey. Ingredients

    24 oz bloomfield farms all purpose baking mix (by JHESS420)
    2.5 ounce Yeast, bakers
    4 tbsp Olive Oil
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    14 fl oz Water, tap
    .25 cup Honey

Directions

1} Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2} Lightly spray loaf pan with cooking spray
3} In a non metal mixing bowl ,stir together yeast, honey ,warm water. Allow to sit for 5 to 7 minutes
4} In seperate bowl combine eggs, oil, honey, vinegar.Whisk together.
5}In a larg bowl place 3 cups baking mix , add liquid ingredients,hand stir.
6} Place mixture into 2 loaf pans. Use wet fingers to smooth top.
7}Cover loaf pans with plastis wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Loosely place over pans and allow to rise approx. 60 minutes.
8} After bread has risen,remove plastic wrap,place in oven till crust turns light brown. Approx.20 to 30 min. After crust has browned cover with alluminum foil .
9} Bake additional 30 min.
10} Remove from oven and brush with melted butter and allow to cool. Store baked bread in air tight container . Slice bread while slightly warm . Keep in freezer till needed.
