Ingredients

2 1tsp Walnut Oil
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
4 oz Shrimp, raw
4 Eggland's Best Large Eggs
1 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
1 1tsp Sesame Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
0.5 cup Peas, frozen
Directions
Warm walnut oil in a wok or deep skillet. Add onions and toss until translucent. Add the shrimp and continue to tolss lightly until they are pink but not quite done.
Scramble eggs with sesame oil and green onion. add salt and pepper to taste and toss into the wok mixture with the peas, stirring from the bottom rapidly. When eggs are soft-set, lower heat and cover for one minute. Divide onto 2 plates and serve.
