Ingredients

3 oz chicken breast grilled
2 Cups Dole Classic Romaine Salad Mix
Fresh Mushroom Slices
Fresh Strips of Green (Bell) Pepper
Fresh Strips of Sweet Red Pepper
Wedge of White Onion Sliced
1 oz. 1% Milkfat Cottage Cheese (No-Salt Added)
8 - 10 Large Croutons
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
Kraft Free Roka Brand Blue Cheese Dressing
Frank's Red Hot Original Sauce
Directions
Sprinkle Chicken with Mrs. Dash Seasoning
Grill or Broil Chicken Until Done then Slice Into Small Bite Sized Pieces
In a large mixing bowl combine all vegetables. Add Chicken, Cottage Cheese and Croutons.
Spray I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Over the top.
Sprinkle Frank's Red Hot Original Sauce over the Top.
Drizzle 2 - 3 Tablespoons of Blue Cheese Dressing Over the Top.
With a fork and spoon toss all ingredients until well blended and coated.
Turn out onto a plate and serve.
