Ingredients

    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    .25 cup Molasses
    .5 cup Honey
    6 tbsp Coconut Oil
    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    .5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    .5 cup Flour, white

Tips

Coconut oil can be exchanged for butter. Honey and molasses can be exchanged for 3/4 cup of brown sugar.


Directions

Mix wet ingredients together. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix dry into went ingredients. Separate into 12 muffins tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
