Ingredients

12 oz Kroger Extra Wide Egg Noodles (1 cup dry = 2 oz dry = 4 oz cooked) (by MRS_TRESSA)
4 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
16 oz Ground beef
16 tbsp Daisy Brand - Sour Cream Pure & Natural
1 cup Sams choice bone broth (by JBONE822)
8 serving McCormick Beef Stroganoff Sauce Mix, packet = 8 svgs (by RCARPENTER2)
Tips
You can substitute chicken or ground pork or even ground turkey meat for the beef.
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain and set aside with the butter to melt over so noodles don't stick together.
Next brown the ground beef in a skillet until cooked through and not pink, then drain and rinse grease off of it over sink in a colander. Return meat to skillet and add the 1 cup of bone broth until heated then add entire package of McCormick stroganoff sauce mix. And heat through until slightly thickened, next add on cup of the sour cream to the pan and mix well until thorough heated. Serve over the noodles and enjoy!
