Ingredients

    16 oz 85% Lean Hamburgers
    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1.3 cup White Rice, medium grain
    3.5 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    1 cup Tomato Sauce *
    3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    8 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh

Tips

This can also be made in a slow cooker.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown hamburger in a skillet. Add chopped onions to hamburger and cook till onions are clear. Transfer Hamburger onion mixture to a large kettle. Add remaining ingredients. Gently folding the mixture until well blended. Cover and bake at 350 for 90 minutes stirring casserole about every half hour.
* If you don't care for a strong tomato flavor, substitute tomato sauce with beef broth or water.

Serving Size: makes 10 1-cup servings
