Ingredients

2 flowerets Cauliflower, cooked
12 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese
16 oz Cheese: Mozzerella, Fresh
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
16 oz Shrimp, cooked
1 cup Spinach, fresh
0.12 cup Ragu Classic Alfredo Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Place cauliflower florets in food proccessor, pulse until fine crumbs.
Transfer crumbs to microwave safe bowl, cook on high 5 minutes.
Dump into clean kitchen towel to cool, when cool, squeeze out all water, using a second fresh towel if needed.
Place cooled squeezed cauliflower into large mixing bowl with 1/4 c. Grated parmesean, 1 cup shredded mozzerella, 1 egg, and 1/4tsp. kosher salt, plus Italian seasoning and granulated garlic if desired.
Mix well, and press into oiled 10 inch pizza pan. Bake for 13 minutes at 425, until golden brown.
Remove and add desired toppings, we used a cup of fresh chopped spinach, 2 cups of precooked tiny shrimp, a couple tablespoons of prepared jarred Alfredo sauce, and the second cup of mozzerella cheese.
Place back in 425 deg. Oven for 8 min more.
Let cool, and enjoy!
