Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp great value extra virgin olive oil
    0.5 cup Great Value Dry Roasted Peanuts
    1.0 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz.
    3.0 tbsp Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce
    1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2.0 cup Great Value Broccoli Florets
    0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)

Directions

Place everything on medium pan and cook on medium until softened. Simmer on low.
