    2 tbsp Kirkland - Organic Creamy Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp = 32g)
    1 cup kirkland organic unsweetened almond milk
    0.5 cup Oats, Quaker
    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap


Tips

Skip the water water to make it thicker. I find it easier to drink a little thinner.


Directions

blend with 1 cup ice
Use less water if you want a thicker smoothie.
