    4 oz Beef Ground 73/27 Kroger (by HARINEZUMI)
    1 serving Newman's Own Common Good Organic Maranara-23.5oz jar

Tips

Too keep low carb, serve over spaghetti squash, zucchini noodles or Konjac Noodles (Miracle Noodles, Skinny Pasta or Pasta Zero).


Directions

** Brown meat; drain off grease.
** Added marinara sauce and let simmer (the longer it simmers the better.
** Taste and add whatever seasonings your taste desires. Can add 4oz. or more of red wine, but that will change carbs slightly.
