Ingredients

    2.0 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt
    3.0 cup Granulated Sugar
    0.5 cup Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce
    0.5 cup Canola Oil
    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    3.0 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Mix together sugar, eggs, applesauce, and oil. Add in pumpkin puree, mix and set aside. Mix together dry ingredients and spices. Add the dry ingredients to the wet alternating with small amounts of water until mixed well. Add into muffin trays either lined with paper cups or sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean when inserted.
