Ingredients

    4 drumstick, bone and skin remov Chicken Drumstick
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 serving Tomatoe, Fresh 1 thin slice
    5 tbsp Curry powder
    3 tsp chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1)
    2 tbsp Pepper, black
    2 tbsp Thyme, ground
    3 tbsp Table Salt (by CECELIAMERWIN)
    200 gram(s) Pasta (fusilli) Tesco (by KIMBERLEYBOB)
    200 mL Water, tap
    50 grams Caribbean Jerk Season (by AINTSKEERD)

Tips

The more water you add the more sauce you will get


Directions

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees c

Place the chicken in a sandwich bag, then add the onion, tomato and all seasoning. Seal the bag shut and place in fridge for 5 mins.

After 5 mins pour the chicken out of the bag and into a bowl and add 200ml of water. Cover the bowl and place back in the fridge for 5 mins.

Whilst that's in the fridge start to boil the 200g of pasta.

Once the 5 mins is up uncover the chicken and pour into a ovenproof dish and place in oven for 30 mins.

When the pasta is cooked drain and set aside ready to serve.

Once the chicken is cooked take out of the oven and serve with the pasta.

Depending on how long you cooked it for you may or may not have some sauce.
