This is one of the tastiest healthy salads you can eat. This is one of the tastiest healthy salads you can eat.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cans Black Beans
    1 red bell pepper
    1 yellow bell pepper
    3 stalks celery
    2 ears fresh corn
    2 fresh lemons
    cilantro
    1 tomato

Directions

drain and rinse beans. Cut up peppers, celery tomato and cilantro.

Squeeze the juice of the lemons into the mixture and toss.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes
