1 yellow bell pepper
3 stalks celery
2 ears fresh corn
2 fresh lemons

Directions
drain and rinse beans. Cut up peppers, celery tomato and cilantro.
Squeeze the juice of the lemons into the mixture and toss.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes
