Ingredients

    1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    9.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1.5 tbsp yeast
    1.0 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh
    2.66 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.33 cup Granulated Sugar
    1.0 tsp Salt
    2.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1.0 tbsp gluten
    2.0 tbsp golden flax meal

Directions

Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 375 or 12-15 minutes.
