Ingredients

    6.0 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk
    0.66 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    6.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    7.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    8.0 serving Baked Potatoe - Medium
    10.0 serving Carrot Sticks (baby) 3 oz serving
    8.0 stalk Broccoli, fresh
    1.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    910.0 fl oz Chicken Broth
    2.0 tsp Onion powder

Directions

Broth, onion powder, diced potatoes and diced carrots in large pot. Simmer for 10 mins. Add diced broccoli. Simmer for another 10 mins. While potatoes etc are simmering, make cheese sauce. Can be set aside once done. Melt butter in a medium size pot. Add flour, whisk until dissolved. Slowly add milk. Thickens as it heats. Once it boils lightly, add cheese, pepper, salt and garlic. Whisk until cheese is melted. Once all of the above is done, combine all into large pot et voila!

Serving Size: Makes 6 freezer tins (3 servings per tin)
