Ingredients

    16.1 oz Angus Beef Top Round Steak USDA Choice (by WJARRETTC)
    .5 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    340 grams Broccoli, fresh
    .5 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    4 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp Dynasty Oyster flavored Sauce
    2 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    1 oz Florida's Natural, orange juice, original premium, not from concentrate, no pulp, pasteurized
    3 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce (by SANIMARCH)
    25 grams Cornstarch
    3 tsp Ginger Root
    2 tsp Garlic

Directions

1.- Sprinkle steaks on both sides with salt. Heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat. Heat 1.5 Tbs. of oil. Sear the beef for 1.5 min. Flip the steaks and repeat on the other side. Transfer to a plate

2.-Add Beef broth and water to Instant Pot. Put the broccoli in a steamer basket, and place the stakes on top of the broccoli. Select manual, low pressure and 1 min. After cooking, quick relese pressure. Transfer everything to a plate.

3.- Pour the beef broth to a small bowl. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, orange juice, chili garlic sauce and cornstarch. Preheat Instant Pot by selecting Saute, adjust to Normal heat. Heat remaining oil. Add the ginger, garlic and cook for 2 min. Add the beef broth mixture stirring unitl the sauce has thickened.

3.- Cut the steaks into bite size pieces. Add the beef slices and broccoli to the sauce stir and coat. Cook long enough for the beef to finish cooking. Serve with rice.
