SEPARATE EGGS, ADD 1/8 CREAM OF TARTAR AND WHIP ON HIGHG SPEED FROM MIXER UNTIL YOU GET STIFF PEAKS.
MIX CREAM CHEESE, EGG YOLKS, GARLIC OR GARLIC POWDER VERY WELL. THEN FOLD IN EGGS WHITES TRYING NOT TO DEFLATE THE EGG WHITES. THEN USE A 1/2 CUP MEASURING CUP AND PUT EACH CUP ON PARCHMENT PAPER.
