Ingredients

    1 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)
    1 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE)
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
    2 cup Spinach, Baby (Simple Truth Organic)
    1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    16 oz Simple Truth Organic Rotini Whole Wheat 2/3 cups dry (by KITTIE23LEMEW)
    2 cup Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added

Tips

Add more or less cayenne pepper so you get the right amount of burn for your individual taste.


Directions

Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt (if desired) to a small cooking pot. you can either use oil, or just a little water if you don't want the unnecessary calories. Saute over medium hesat until garlic browns a little.

Add tomato sauce and 1\2 cup of water to the garlic mixture and add the cayenne pepper and Nutritional yeast. Let simmer at least 10 minutes so that the flavors meld. The longer it cooks the better the flavors will come through.

Cook the pasta in a large pot and follow the directions on the box.
When its cooked to your liking, drain. Combine the tomato sauce mixture with the noodles and add the spinach. Turn the heat to low and stir briefly so the spinach and everything is completely mixed.
