Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.75 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese
    2 tbsp Cream Cheese
    0.5 cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup Coconut Flour (by BCANAS)

Tips

These chips make great dipping chips as well


Directions

Mix shredded cheese, flour in micro safe bowl add cream cheese then microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir then microwave another 30 seconds. Remove, stir again add egg, salt and spices. Mix well. Place pastry between 2 parchment roll into a rectangle, remove top paper and slide other with pastry onto baking sheet. Bake in 425 oven for 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown then flip over and bake until brown. Take out and cut into triangles then bake again for 3 - 5 min.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings - 1small handful of chip per serving
