    8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    1 tbsp Aji-Mirin, Kikkoman
    2 tbsp La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium)
    1 serving Sugar Substitute, Sweet N Low Packet
    3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    .75 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 tbsp Olive Oil

Tips

May add Amino Acid for no additional carbs, use some soy sauce though as the flavor is better


Directions

In large skillet h eat oil
Add vegetables and sauté until softened
Mix in broth, soy sauce, Mirin, sweetener and chicken
Beat eggs in separate bowl
Pour egg into skillet
Cover skillet to cook eggs thoroughly
