Ingredients

    3 large chicken breasts
    2 cups corn flakes
    1/4 cup grated parmesan
    1 tsp dried parsley
    2 tsp paprika
    3 dashes lemon pepper

Directions

Crush the corn flakes
combine corn flakes, parmesan, parsley, paprika, and lemon pepper in a plastic ziploc bag. Add the chicken breasts and shake to coat evenly.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking pan with Pam, and lay out the chicken breasts. Cook for 45 minutes (or until done).

    Incredible!
    Easy and delicious! I used Special K Vanilla Almond cereal instead of corn flakes (that's what I had) and it was a hit at my dinner party! - 6/27/08
