Ingredients

    1.0 cup Bob's Red Mill TVP
    2.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3.0 cup Cauliflower, raw
    4.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 tbsp liquid smoke
    7.0 cup almond fresh unsweetened
    0.5 cup Cornstarch
    1.0 cup Vegetable Broth
    6.0 clove Garlic
    10.0 gram Miso Paste
    2.0 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)
    1 tbsp sage
    1 tbsp ground thyme
    1 tbsp steak spice
    2 tsp onion powder

Directions

Chop cauliflower and rice very small (riced) and cook in large nonstick pan until all liquid is cooked off. Add textured soy protein that has been prepared as package indicates. Mix in all spices. Add broth, liquid smoke, nutritional yeast and almond milk. Mix cornstarch and enough water to dissolve and stir into mixture. Continue stirring until boiled and thickened.
