Ingredients

    2.0 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast
    4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.5 cup, diced Celery, raw
    2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    1.0 tsp Garlic
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Saute vegetables in olive oil add garlic. Chop cooked beef and add in to vegetables with liquid simmer half hour. Add tomato paste simmer 10 min check seasoning and add salt and pepper if desired.
