1.5 tsp Clover Valley Sea Salt
3 tbsp Kroger Extra Virgin Olive oil

    1.25 tsp Complete Seasoning
    1 tsp Oregano Leaves
    170 gram(s) Tomato Paste
    2 serving Armour Pepperoni (1 serving = 16 pieces)

Tips

I usually double the dough so I can make 2 pizzas. One cheese and one pepperoni pizza for my family. The sauce is enough for the two pizzas.

Directions

preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Prepare dough:
In medium size mixing bowl 1.5 cup of hot water add 1.5 package of instant yeast. Then add 1.5 tsp of sugar and stir. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then add in 1.5 of salt, 3.75 cups of whole wheat flour and 3 Tbs of olive oil. Then let stand for 5 minutes.
Prepare Sauce:
Using a small mixing bowl put in 1 6 oz can of tomato paste then put a half a can of water. Stir and add the rest of your seasonings.
Now flour a surface and roll out your dough the shape of pan to be used. Add sauce to your liking. We only used half because we don't like it saucy. Cover with all your cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
