Ingredients

    2.30 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    2 tsp Cumin seed
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Salt
    3 tsp Garlic
    0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    0.50 tsp Celery Salt
    0.25 tsp Ground Cayanne Pepper
    1.25 cup Cheese: Mexican Style Blend/4 Cheeses (Kroger)
    16 oz 85% Lean Ground Beef Patty - (1) 4 oz.uncooked
    5 serving Hoffy premium beef franks 1
    1.5 serving Carbquick 1/3 C net carb

Tips

Requires making the chili first


Directions

In Dutch oven cook ground beef garlic and 1/4 c onion and drain. Add tomato sauce, paste and spices, Worcestershire sweetener and a little water. Stir and heat 30 minutes use blender to make smooth like canned chili if desired


Slice hot dogs lengthwise then in half
Heat butter in skillet and brown hotdogs slightly
Lay hotdogs on bottom of 9x9 pan
Cover with chili and half of cheese

Make Biscuits
Use a mixer put Carbquick in bowl gradually add cream and water until dough forms. Do not over mix

Drop the biscuit batter in spoonfuls on top of casserole
Bake 350 20 minutes
Top with rest of cheese and return to ven for 5 minutes
