Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    24 Corn Tortillas
    1 (19.2 oz) package Honeysuckle White Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1 pkg Old El Paso Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning
    4 tomatoes
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    24 Tbsp Pace Chunky Salsa
    2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Cook turkey in frying pan. Add taco seasoning and cook as per instructions on package.

Chop tomatoes, shred lettuce.

In 1 corn tortilla, place small amount (about 1.5 tbsp) of prepared turkey. Add tomatoes and lettuce, 1 tbsp salsa, 1.3 tbsp cheese.

Enjoy.

Serves 24.

This would be even lower in calories if you use low fat cheese.

    Very Good
    Excellent recipe! I usually make these with beef, but the turkey is just as good. I'll be making these again. - 5/22/09
