Ingredients

    4 serving Beets, Baby Red, Steamed & Peeled, Melissa's (2.5 baby beets)
    1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
    4 tbsp Basil
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black

Directions

Slice beets and section orange, add 1/3 c. fresh basil, cut in strips. Whisk other ingredients together, pour over beet mixture, stir and enjoy.
