Introduction

Similar to my Bananas Foster recipe except this one is RICHER! It can be served with any of the things I mention in that one. (Over Cottage Cheese Cake, with cinnamon tortilla chips, w/ a waffle or pancakes. It can also go in oatmeal. Similar to my Bananas Foster recipe except this one is RICHER! Ingredients

    1/2 med. banana

    1.5 tbsp. Smucker's Sugar Free Caramel Topping

Directions

Cut banana length wise and then into pieces.....Put into pot w/ caramel topping and warm on low heat until bubbly and dark (as the caramel warms it gets thinner and darker)

Remove from heat and pour or spoon over whatever you are eating it with.
