Ingredients

    31.08 oz Deer Meat
    1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    4 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste (by SOCPAGE)
    255 gram broccoli leaves (by T35084)
    3 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell)
    1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    6 tbsp Curry powder
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 dash Salt
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tips

Use any cut of deer meat. I used cubed steak in this recipe.


Directions

Saute onion and ginger/garlic paste in olive oil. Cut deer into strips, cover in 2 tbsp of curry powder and saute til browned. Add half of water, peppers, broccoli leaves, and tomato. Bring to a boil, reduce to med low and simmer about 45 mins.
