    .75 cup Milk, 1%

    6 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Sour Cream

Tips

You could add the meat of your choice for a healthy lunch or dinner option. I add gluten free bread crumbs tossed with a small amount of olive oil for some crunch.


Directions

Boil zucchini and onions in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Add everything together in a bowl mix well. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 25 minutes, uncovered for 5. Great recipe to add stuffing or bread crumbs to.
