    .5 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
    1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, frozen)
    21 gram(s) NNW Gluten Free Whey Protien Powder - Chocolate (by VINCE_LOZADA)
    .33 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1 cup Milk, 1%
    4 serving Green Seedless Grapes -info is per 1 grape (cut in half)

Tips

Substitute milk for coconut milk to make a vegan shake.
May substitute 2 dates for grapes if desired.
