    2 oz TJ's Organic Raw Walnut Halves & Pieces {1/3c = 30g = 1 oz}
    0.50 cup Steel Cut Oats, Bob's Red Mill (quick cooking, organic)
    .66 serving ONION FLAKES ORGANIC,1 tbsp serv. (by CRAFTY626)
    0.5 tsp Garlic: granulated (Sauers's) (by NANIMAL52)
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Herbamare Original Seasoning Salt (1svg=1/4tsp) (by CAROLELEAH)
    1 tsp McKay's Chicken Style Broth/Seasoning (by YOURJONES)
    14 oz Lidl Organic Tofu Extra Firm
    1.25 tsp Simply Organic Italian Seasoning
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3 tbsp Trader Joe's Coconut Aminos Seasoning Sauce (by STAN_EASTVALE)
    16 tbsp (1 Cup)Trader Joe’s Organic Bread Crumbs (by AMBJD01)
    1 cup Whole Foods 365 Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs (by TIANAKI)

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Blend tofu, water and aminos until smooth. Combine well. Then form approximately 2 inch balls. Should make about 32. Place on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Place in preheated oven and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. They should be just slightly browned. Enjoy!
