Ingredients

    1/2 cup Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    1/2 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt --sugar free
    3 serving Trader Joes Coco Powder unsweetened, 1 Tbsp (by WIECZOREK)
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    9 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia all-purpose sweetener (by DBEAU57) ground
    2 tbsp NOW MCT OIL
    2 tbsp Jif Powdered Peanut Butter

Directions

Melt your coconut oil, and your pb a little then combine together, using a hand mixer. Next add your coco powder, and your vanilla and mix again, scraping the sides as needed.

For the Pyure you will want to adjust to your sweetness liking. It will need to be ground in a coffee grinder to give it a powdered sugar texture.

Then add it to the bowl, mix, finally add the powdered PB and the MCT and mix again.

Pour into ice cube tray, and place in the freezer until set, maybe an hour, then store in the fridge in a container, using parchment paper to separate layers if you stack them.

these are soooo good, give you nutrition, and gets you over the sweet chocolate hump.
