Ingredients

2 cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
1.25 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 ounce Yeast, bakers
1 cup Water, warm
2 cubic inch Feta Cheese
3 tbsp pasata
1 medium red onions, sliced
1 cup, slices Mushrooms, fresh
3 slices Bacon
1 tsp Thyme, fresh
3 medium Potatos, thinly sliced
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 clove Garlic
Directions

1. Combine warm water, sugar and yeast and let prove for 3-4 minutes.
2. Meanwhile combine flour and baking powder. Once yeast mixture has frothed, slowly add to flour mixture. Add olive oil. Mix on a medium-high speed for 3-4 minutes. Scrape down sides to make a ball and leave covered for 30 minutes to rise.
3. Once dough has risen, spread onto baking paper and cook at 220 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven, and add toppings
4a. cook potatoes in microwave for 3 minutes.
4b. Cook onions and garlic on a low heat, covered for 10 mins. Remove lid and turn heat up to add colour.
4c. Cook bacon and mushrooms.
5. Return oven for another 15mins.
Serve hot
